Chichester Builders were great - I had been let down by another roofing contractor but already had scaffolding and skip on site and a solar PV installation scheduled so needed to move quickly. Timings worked out perfectly with other jobs and Paul's team were able to complete a whole roof and gutter replacement within two weeks of initial contact. The team were polite, tidy and quick - what more could one ask?

My recently constructed 4 storey town house had a major damp problem caused by the original builders incorrectly constructed west facing wall. No water proof membrane had been used under porous coping stones at the top of the cavity wall allowing rain water to enter the total cavity.
Chichester Builders easily diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly to me and managed to start work soon during dry winter weather just before Christmas. They worked full days, tidying up at the days end, completing the work ahead of schedule. They even managed to complete extra work for me. All completed to a high standard, solving all damp problems. I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly company.
The office staff, especially Evie in the office, kept me informed with regular updates, prior to and during the repair.

Chichester Builders when approached to correct a problem in my house responded very quickly, within the hour, and on arrival were exceptionally pleasant and interested in removing the problem. They were extremely careful in a relatively new house to ensure that their work was done in an efficient and tidy manner. In short, they were great and I will use them next time if I have any issue with my house.

Really good experience from beginning to end. Paul arrived promptly to quote for the work and explained what would be involved. The quote, which was competitive, quickly followed … unlike a number of other companies that visited but then did not respond. The work was relatively minor, sorting out the mortaring and trays for a couple of roof gullies, and was done to a high standard. The team were also able to fit the work in within a couple of weeks of quoting. Will definitely consider using Chichester Builders again

I've just had my house roof replaced by Chichester Builders. I was very impressed with the service offered by this company.
1. They provided a full and comprehensive estimate. Outling the materials to be used and the costs.
2. All staff including the scaffold workers and the workers who installed the new roof were most courteous, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to stop and talk and explain what they were doing.
3. They cleared any mess daily and left my garden in good condition.
4. The work was exceptionally good and one would never know that the roof had been replaced as they matched perfectly any
replacement slates.
5. I would whole heartedly recommend this company .
