We had a roof repair done recently and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Evie in the office was fantastic—friendly, organised, and really helpful with booking everything in and keeping us updated. Paul came out to do the quote and was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly without any pressure.
The work itself was carried out by Russel and Ben, who were brilliant. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a really high-quality job. They were tidy, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The repair was completed smoothly and the roof now looks great and feels solid again. Had a fantastic experience with Chichester Builders when we needed a roof repair just before Christmas. My first point of contact was Evie who was excellent from start to finish, coordinating for a roofer to come quote, sending out the quote and booking the work in for the first week of January (meaning that we missed a nasty storm and managed to stay leak free).
The roofers that came out to do the work were very efficient and kept the area extremely tidy. When they realised our dormer flat roof was also perished they let us know but we didn't feel pressured into an additonal sale.
Paul called me personally and offered a quote - explaining that it would be cheaper than having it done down the line because we already had scaffolding in place. The additional work was all completed in good time and in similar fashion to the rest of the experience everyone was helpful, polite, efficient and more importantly - tidy!
One point to add is that a quote from Chichester Builders is probably not the cheapest you'll get - however, having experienced work from them, I'm happy we paid a little more.

Paul's team did a great job stripping and re-roofing a double garage block with hand made clay tiles with some spot repairs to our main house roof at a very competitive price. Very happy with the result.
