What can I say, Paul from Chichester Builders was the kindest and most considerate man I have ever met in the building trade. One of the tradesman working for Paul damaged one of my windows whilst demolishing the property next door to me in preparation to build any extension. He came round and apologised and guaranteed he would replace it. Well today, I have a lovely new sparkling window. From the start he was friendly, honest, kind and totally professional. The heavy rain has caused various leaks from a flat roof. We made contact with Chichester Builders and their representative, Paul, responded very quickly and made an appointment on the same day to come to see us. Paul arrived, as promised, on time, and was extremely helpful in providing an assessment of the work needed. He also gave us useful advice about the process of making an insurance claim should that be necessary. Paul immediately provided us with a quote etc. and came back the next day to use sealant to do a temporary emergency repair which was very kind of him. I was impressed by Paul’s professional knowledge, his reliability, and speedy actions on behalf of Chichester Builders. Thank you, Paul, for your work so far.

Another excellent job by Chichester Builders, digging out a blocked broken drain, replacing with aqua paving and generally making a dreadful communal entrance into an attractive drive that (we hope!) now won’t flood every time it rains. Efficient friendly team, job completed with minimal disruption. Highly recommended! See before and after photos.

Firstly, apologies for taking so long to write this review - the day after the project was finished I was out out the country.
Having had some plans drawn up and approved by an architect, for a small downstairs front door extension to contain a down stairs toilet. After obtaining a few quotes I settled on Chichester Builder because I didn't want a different person/company for the various stages of the build.
I wanted all skills the required skills they offered Groundwork, Bricklaying, plumbing, tiling painting, roofing and electrical skills which were all possessed by Chichester Builders. Paul and his team Russ and Dave commenced extension as planned and I was given an estimated period for completion and true to their word they finished on time.
Regular as clockwork from day one to the end of the project the team turned up each day on time. Throughout the whole project I was kept fully appraised of each stage, informed of any issues and advised of any slight changes that were required. Any issues were promptly resolved there and then without any fuss. At the end of each day the Paul's team squared away the build area ensuring it was safe for us to move around and ready for the next day.
At the end of the project which was finished on time I was more than impressed with the build quality both inside and out of our completed extension.
I would recommend Chichester Builders for any future building works.
